The Portuguese Connection where at the centre of the media today in presumably good spirits and apparently still celebrating there win against Hazuki and Heavy Metal. Bras commented that it was a great feeling to have punched Hazuki right in the face but wished it had been Metal instead. He explained his true hatred is with Metal after being eliminated first from the Unit Captains triple threat match last month. But Bras hasn’t given up on his attempts of gaining revenge, all three member of the TPC approached the offices, demanded and was granted (!?) that Heavy Metal run the “Portuguese Gauntlet”. When asked how they managed to get such an unreasonable request granted, Pero Costa simply stated that a few Portuguese hookers can make anything happen.
Whether there’s any truth to management being bribed by Portuguese prostitutes is unknown but Metal will indeed face all three member of TPC this tour!
Metal’s SHOCK partner Tracy Riot was also amongst the media today. She stated that she’s been happy thus far with her success in Fusion Dojo but it was apparent from last tour that her singles start was off to a rocky start. Riot excelled with other SHOCK member Danny Dynamite in the first months as a one of Fusion Dojo’s tag team’s to beat. She added while she has the outmost respect for Veronica, she won’t hold anything back on Friday to avenge her loss from last month.
Fusion Dojo hit’s the ring again in a special back to back showing in the Murakawa Choumin Taiikukan this Friday and Saturday. All the Fusion Dojo stars are scheduled for competition and select few will be available for autograph signings. The first 50 people in the building both nights will receive a free bottle of Kikkoman’s Hot Sauce!
