A few of the Fusion Dojo’s stars were on had today addressing the media and promoting their debut show this Friday.
Veronica told the reporters that her match against the Portuguese Connection will be a good proving ground on how well the women can hang with the men as she believes that they’re are all on an equal playing field. She also stated that fans can expect great things from her partners Tiger Prince and Kikkoman.
Kikkoman is vastly becoming Fusion Dojo’s most anticipated debut. Believed to be related to a former C-CWA superstar, “The Next Big Spice” will attract kids and adults alike with his in ring antics.
The Portuguese Connection formally introduced Antonio Bras as the stables leader today. Antonio, who is the younger brother of Big Bad Bras, took over the leadership when his older brother decided to work for their parents full time at the family sausage factory. TPC’s number one agenda is to erase the embarrassing 3 on 1 loss to Matt H at C-CWA’s final show. Cruz went on to say that it was a new era for TPC and they would prove it on Friday.
New comer Tracy Riot was also on hand to talk about her match with AC Slasher, the relatively unknown punk kid from Chicago. Tracy was angered in her opponent and stated that if she wanted to beat up squeegee kids she’d do it on her own time.
Discussions are on going concerning future Fusion Dojo shows as the consensus seems to be that they’ll be running at least once a week. Along with Arakita No. 1 Ringu, the Murakawa Choumin Taiikukan and Kansai Kokusai Kinen Hooru are expected to be added. The long term goal is to run the word famous Yurakuen Hall.
